Thai long grain parboiled rice is the rice that has been boiled in the husk. Parboiled rice is rich of vitamins almost similar to brown rice. Before cooking the rice has a little yellow colour, but after cooking it turns white. Parboiled rice is easy to cook rice. This means the rice never become sticky even when overcooked. Parboiled rice is little bit chewier than white rice. The different grades that we offer are as below.
